When previewing, am I listening to the final MP3?
No. The quality and duration of the preview does not in any way represent the quality and duration of the full download. At the moment our player plays a low-quality 2:30 minute version of the final mp3. The sound quality of the final downloaded version is 320kbps, meaning best and almost indistinguishable from a CD.

It looks like it's playing but I can't hear any sound.
Make sure your sound is turned up all the way. Assuming that you would not make that mistake please make sure that you have updated your flash player to version 7.0. If you have version 6.0 you might see it all happening but you won't be able to hear any of it. This is usually the problem. Update your Flash Player.
